asian glow

does anyone else have asian glow in a perfect pattern? i have it JUST on my back and stomach not on my face, legs, arms or chest and they’re all perfectly aligned rectangles that are large and vertical. i understand asian glow is an allergic reaction or something but i have no idea why mine is in a perfect pattern. someone please explain it literally looks like this around my back and stomach: 🟥🟥🟥🟥🟥
