Uncontrollable shaking during a long shift at work

I have no clue if it’s alcohol related or just a random occurrence. Yesterday, I was working a 24 hour shift, at around 11:30 pm, (marked 23 hours since my last drink) I started to shake uncontrollably, felt dizzy and nauseous. Never had that in my life. My co worker told me it was alcohol dependence, and gave me some cookies from the vending machine, it helped until I got home and drank a beer, which then took it away entirely.
