Alcohol Flush Reaction?

I’ve been drinking pretty heavily the fast few days due to a old friend coming into town for 2 weeks

Yesterday after drinking some Capn Mo’s my whole face got super red except for the bags under my eyes and my cheek got a bit swollen

Woke up and it’s completely clear is this Alcohol Flush? Never had any problems in the past with this

Though this did happen to my buddy once a few years ago from Smirnoff eventually it just stopped happening

Is it Alcohol Flush or just a bad bottle?
