What to make with captain Morgan?

A friend of mine recently got me a bottle of Captain Morgan’s rum for a thank you gift for helping him fix his TV. I don’t usually drink rum unless I’m at the bar, and I don’t really want to make a rum and coke at home. Any ideas on what to make with it?
