shipping wine legally?? help

i am NOT trying to send wine to anyone on here- just to be clear and express that i’m in line with subreddit rules 🙂

ok folks. my mom just found out that a dead relative bought 1,200 bottles of wine that never got shipped and they’re all getting delivered to her house. she’s in ohio and i’m in washington and recently turned 21. is there any way that she, not being a licensed alcohol distributor, can ship me a case of it?

i just have no idea if it’s legal and am struggling to understand the laws about it. obviously, we do NOT want to break the law about this, but if she can send me some i definitely want it lol. any info is greatly appreciated.
