Does anybody else feel tipsy immediately after drinking?

I know this is a placebo effects, it 100% is. What I’m talking about is that I feel tipsy immediately after taking like 3 sips. It is quite annoying when you just wanna enjoy a beer and within a minute of drinking you feel like you’ve had 3 beers.

I’ve heard a couple people agree with me on this, but they’re mostly alcoholics. I’m not an alcoholic, although I have had problems when under the influence in the past (rage, self harm etc).

Right now I’m trying to work on an illustration if mine and decided to have a beer. Then the placebo effect kicked in and I can’t draw now. It’s so weird.
