I’m dying to try Arkhi (Mongolian milk vodka)

I would think there would be some place to get it online, even if I can’t ship it to where I am. But I haven’t found anywhere selling/shipping it. Do y’all have any idea how I could get my hands on a bottle of Arkhi? It is primarily made in Mongolia. I’m also open to trying similar variants that are more accessible from neighboring countris
