Eyes rolling back in the head

Me and my girlfriend just came home from a halloween party and she drank some wine and some pretty strong drinks and she says she is fine and not feeling nauseous. But her eyes roll back in her head when she falls asleep and they are like half open so i can see them. Is this normal?
