NEED HELP PLEASE

I got this from my grandma a couple years after my my grandad passed away, I was wanting to keep it either to have at a special occasion or to have as a keepsake. Does anybody know if this will be safe to drink and also if anybody knows any information on any backstory behind it I would love to know x
