How strong is four loko?

I just turned the legal age and I’m not a super heavy drinker. I got a can tonight and drank about a third of it. I didn’t realize until after how much alcohol was in it. (Tells you how much I drink.) I am already pretty buzzed, is one whole can safe? Don’t wanna throw up or anything like that. Thanks!
