Ethanol for Cognition
I find that if I have small amounts of ethanol, my cognition improves, even for hours after I’ve stopped drinking. This is how I learned to stop drinking coffee — through alcohol, I was less prone to confusion, and my memory was more available.
I’m trying to find a balance so that I can continue to use the spirits without getting into trouble with overuse or dependence.
Does anyone else use alcohol this way?
