Why do my shoulders hurt when I drink the slightest bit of alcohol

It could be as much as just a small cup or even half a cup and my shoulders ache for about 30 minutes. It’s beyond painful and nothing soothes it, not even laying down. I don’t understand why this happens to me but if any of you know I’d like to know. I don’t have a large past with alcohol there was only a time where for a month I drank once every week but that was a year ago so I can’t understand why my shoulders would hurt. Please if you know lmk.
