Do I need to taper ?

So I usually binge drinking on Friday and Saturday and have 8-10 drinks. Then Sunday through Thursday I don’t touch it and go to the gym. However this last week I’ve been Drinking 6 light beers every night and feel surprisingly good and even hit some PR’s in the gym. However I know it’s not good and I should probably stop. Since it’s only been a week am I good to stop coke turkey or should I have 4 tonight 2 tomorrow and then quit go a week without anything and then just back to weekends ?
