How to sleep after drinking

I only drink on the weekends, but when I drink I have 10-15 drinks.

My sleep gets messed up for the next several days. It’s usually 2-3 nights before I’m able to get a normal 8 hours of sleep, and only then do I feel “normal.” Any tips on sleeping deeply after drinking? Should I take melatonin etc?
