This Scotch cocktail balances a bit of bitter with grapefruit, lime and local honey.

Ingredients
1 ½ oz. Aberfeldy 12 Year Old Scotch½ oz. Martini Bitter1 oz. Grapefruit juice½ oz. Lime juice½ oz. Local honey
Instructions
Build ingredients in a Collins glass.
Top with crushed ice.
Garnish with mint and flower.
