Am I safe to drink?

I have something like covid or the flu, still have a really bad cough and shortness of breathe, I’m on lexapro too, I want to have some Disaranno, I had an over 100 mg edible too, will I experience adverse effects? I’m very small and female so it doesnt take much alcohol for me, I got mild alcohol poisoning from just 4 50ml shots of vodka at once. I’m not gonna get like respiratory failure or something horrible? And I hear drinking while sick weakens the immune system?
