Saturday I went binge drinking from 2100-0300. I came home 0700 in the morning and did not sleep until sunday night.
I had a little hangover sunday, but when I woke up yesterday(monday) was the worst. I had this cripling anxiety in my gut and I just felt «off».
Today is tuesday and I still have this anxiety feeling. I’m still tired and i’m just feeling «off». I rarley drink, probably 4-5 times a year.
I use multivitamin, D-vitamin and ZMA. I don’t think I have any sort of deficiency.
What are happening, is it normal to feel like this 2 days after?
