2 days ago I started dieting, basically cutting down my sodium & eating under 2000 cals a day. I’m not hungry or starving either, I’m 5 beers in and feel like going to sleep! I usually feel this way after 10-12 beers.
Is it the lower sodium (no fast food) or the fact that I’m have around 1500 cals less per day?
I’m currently 290lbs 5’9 Male used to be 365! 365 was 2 years ago. Lost most of that weight through Keto & just having Whiskey for my drinks.
I also drink just shy of a gallon of water a day & take my vitamins
