How are most of you able to tolerate ibuprofen for you hangovers?

So I see a lot of posts on here that suggest you take ibuprofen for hangovers or the night of drinking,I’m wondering do none of you have stomach issues? Like gastritis or anything? I know Tylenol isn’t recommended since it’s hard on the liver but it’s all I’m allowed to take due to my stomach,I wish I could have some ibuprofen the next day. Did any of you eventually get stomach issues?
