Favorite easy fruity cocktails I could make in an Airbnb?

My friend and I are going for a quick trip and I was hoping to try to make some cocktails for us for the first time. Usually I just mix flavored vodka or rum with lemonade and call it good but I’d love to actually make us something this time. Usually we do vodka or rum and something fruity/sweet. I’m hoping for something that doesn’t have a ton of ingredients but I’m pretty open. I have some regular vodka on hand and some homemade limoncello and other infusions like orange/lemon, lemon/lime and orange/lime/lemon. Thank you for your help!
