Need help choosing a nice bottle for parents 30th anniversary

My parents 30 year wedding anniversary is coming up in 2 weeks, and they are very large alcohol enthusiasts, for almost any type of drink. I’m no alcohol expert, and my spending range is approximately $100-200, with room to give and take.

Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
