My face turns extremely hot/warm when I drink.

My face turns extremely hot/warm when I drink liquor even if it’s watered out so that it has the same alcohol percentage as a beer. It doesn’t turn red like all the other posts states, but it becomes unbearably hot, like an intense sunburn with a wet hot cloth on. Literally feels like it’s 50-60 degrees Celsius, absolutely insane. Doesn’t even matter if I cool it down with a fan or a ice cold wet towel it just heats the towel up like it’s a microwave. Please help 🙁
