non-carbonated drinks i can buy at the store?

fizzy drinks have always hurt my tongue so i can’t drink soda or seltzer water or anything like that. does anyone have any recommendations when i go to the liquor store today with my bf? (bonus points if it’s sweet cause i have a sweet tooth hehe)

p.s. i’m super inexperienced so please nothing too strong!
