22M. Sharp constant chest pain on left side.

When drinking or smoking I have a sharp constant chest pain near my sternum and heart that becomes very severe. I drink about 3 shots of vodka almost everyday. I just started smoking tobacco, have smoked weed for a long time. The pain is very intense and worrying. I am a 22 year old male. Exclusively on left side.
