Cheap stuff for a college student to drink away his problems

Now that I’m legal and there is a liquor store near me I want to get stuff for myself, but I don’t want to spend a fortune. I want to be able to have stuff regularly that has some effect on me (not weak).

Suggestions? I know these are contradictory and hard demands but was just wondering
