Dealing with a hangover

How do you guys actually deal with a hangover? Tomorrow it’s my friend’s 18th birthday and we’re all going out for a meal, then bowling and then we’re gonna get drunk af. Last time we all had the worst hangover, does anyone know how to actually make it better?
