I have one drink a day. Are there others who drink like me?

I tend to have a beer or a glass of wine or a shot of hard liquor once a day… maybe two on a Friday or Saturday.

Am I within safe drinking habits? Are there others who don’t really get drunk or binge but have an alcoholic drink for lunch or dinner?
