One bottle of vodka, 2 long islands, one shot of tequila + a beer how bad is my drinking?

24M 5’10 160lb

Now I’m not dumb, I know this isn’t typical for a night out on the town.

I only drink maybe once a month but last night was definitely a lot more than normal.

Definitely one of the worst hangovers of my life, but I wanted to compare this to YOUR most consumed beverages in one night. Also it seems once I start drinking there is no way I can stop as if I’ve had nothing to drink at all the hole night, how do you stop this and limit yourself?
