I bout a bottle of amaretto to go with a sour mix but I hated it with that – way too many extremely strong flavours. What might I enjoy it with?

I don’t hate the taste of amaretto but that marzipan flavour is incredibly overwhelming and sweet. It’s like Dr Pepper OD’d on steroids. I prefer room temp or cold drinks.
