My hands and body smell sweet while drinking ?

Hello, not much else to say. But almost immediately after consuming alcohol, even in small amounts. I notice that my hands, and the rest of my body (but more subtle) begin to smell really sweet. I don’t notice any other effects from it. Never had this happen before the last few weeks.

Any insight?
