Not feeling anything from the shots

So today I decided to drink for the first time ever with my pops. He picked up some Jamesson Black and we both had 2 shots. It has been about 2-3 hours since but I dont feel anything at all. Is this normal? I get 2 shots isn’t a lot but I dont think my tolerance should be existant.
