are there “entertainment” bartenders/mixologists with a science theme?

I am very early in planning a bridal shower/wedding activities. One theme that I want to propose to the bride is “perfect chemistry” as she is a chemist and loves science, as will many of the friends and family in attendance.

Is there like an entertainment type bartender that can make science-themed drinks (with liquid nitrogen, color changing, fizzing, those jelly globes, etc)? A bit of a science demo but mostly making fun drinks, is there a company that does this? I don’t know what exactly to type in the search for this, which is why I’m asking here.

Obviously, what the bride wants comes first, but if something like this exists, I’d love to share it with her as an option.
