What are the best vitamins to take if you’re a regular alcohol consumer? I drink a couple of times a week but I drink a lot on those occasions 😅 I’m moving to Bali in three days and the nightlife is so sick so I’ll be out at least twice a week. I try to keep healthy outside of the booze.
