Does alcohol “go bad”?

I’ve been collecting sort of a “King cup” with the last drops of all the alcohol bottles I finish, and im starting to wonder if it’ll actually be safe/okay to drink. It’s got a mix of wine, vodka, whiskey, and tequila, again it was made with the literal last drops of the bottles I ran out off. It’s kind of cloudy towards the bottom and has little black seeds it looks like.
