Hello all, Some background, I am a 23 year old (M), who like most my age enjoy having some drinks

I’m a new drinker, and I just got this bottle of whiskey that I really enjoy. I tried it neat,

I dont drink often and too much. But after I drink I feel a couple of days depressed and anxious.
