Cant drink alcohol of the sudden

Hi , recently im strong on drinking alcohols, but one night i get drunk too much i vomit on bedsheets while sleeping and forgot what am i doing, the next day i feel too much hang over, my body is numbing and i feel headache on whole day, after a week my friends invite me to have drink gin,so after i drink first shot i feel like i want to vomit, i try again on 2nd shot i almost like to vomit but theres nothing to get out in my mouth, idont know what happen ,it looks like my stomach cand handle alcholo anymore please help me, do i need to take a break to get back on drinking again or this is forever?
