I’ve gotten into a habit of drinking after every workout, since my pre-workout amps me up so much. It’s hard for me to go home and just chill out afterwards.

I’m afraid without the pre-workout, I wouldn’t be nearly as consistent in the gym. But I also want to limit my alcohol consumption as much as possible. I really don’t even have cravings unless I consume caffeine. Can anyone relate and share some tips to help this?

Also, I hate only having a drink or two, since I feel super weird and shitty once the buzz wears off. If I’m going to drink, I’m going to really drink, which makes this pre-workout dilemma problematic.
