Suggested wines for a wine hater?

So far I’ve tried cabernet sauvignon, sherry, Rose gold, gold and blueberry wines plus champagne and prosecco (and I guess brandy too, if you count that.) Champagne, prosecco and brandy are the only ones I can stomach. I am gonna pickup some sangria and cognac the next time I go to Costco. What would you suggest to turn someone on to wine?

Also, is wine meant to be consumed at room temp or chilled? I’ve had it both ways, but I am curious what is optimal.
