can i drink a buzzball if it’s been open past the 14 day open shelf life?

okay i know people are gonna say to just “get a new one” but i live in a state where alcohol is hard to come by and the buzzball biggies aren’t sold in my state AT ALL. i got one in vegas in may and opened it with some friends but literally no one drank it. its been in the fridge since, but im aware its almost november. now i dont mind if it tastes bad, but if i brought it to a halloween party, is it going to be a concern health wise? (besides the normal common effects of alcohol) because i spent money on that and dont want it to go to waste. and its like basically full to the top still. should i just toss it and accept the loss or can i thug it out?
