advil and alcohol?

hii everyone! i’m going to a party around 8-9pm and i took some advil 600mg (3 pills) around 11am today. I plan to drink maybe 1 or 2 drinks (i don’t want to blackout whatsoever or get shitfaced since i’m terrified of throwing up) and i’m concerned about combining the medicines with alcohol if it’s still in my system.

Am i okay and just freaking out? let me know
