Drank too much now can’t take it

So I am not a drinker (occasionally , still not too much), and we just had a girl’s night, we drank vodka and now I am too drunk. Maybe drank atleast 10 shots and 5 mixed. My right leg is in so much pain and my right shoulder is aching, and when I turn to my left side , whole world is spinning. I stopped drinking at 10pm , it’s 7:57 am now , still not alright, what to do? I am drinking water , not helping, can’t ask for help to family, so help? I am 20 btw
