violently hung over and kind of scared

I don’t normally drink. I’ve been heavily nauseated for over five hours. I have the shakes cold sweats I can’t sleep. I’m so fucking sick. I don’t know if I should go to the hospital or not. What should I do? Please help me I don’t normally drink.
