Is the shot in the PUKEY GODDESS SHOT TRICK based on a real drink, or is it made up?

I wonder whether it’s real. If you don’t know what it is, it’s this one pink shot. It looks pretty, I’d happily make it for my friends if it actually exists. I can’t find anything about it. Anybody know something?
