how to get rid of alcohol smell even though i didn’t drink

i know that even if i don’t drink, i’ll still smell like alcohol as long as i’m surrounded with drunk ppl at the bar. but the smell won’t be coming out of my pores right? do i just have to shower (hair and body) to get rid of the smell? is it that easy?
