Drinking on naltrexone

Last night I was at an event and I took naltrexone before drinking because I didn’t want to get black out. Usually I’m the drunkest in the room but last night I could tell when people were actually intoxicated vs when I’m that drunk too then others seem normal. I remember everything and mainly just staying quiet the whole time. I still felt buzzed and tipsy but not stumbling or slurring words. Has anyone else noticed what they feel like drinking on naltrexone?
