Tylenol + alcohol concern

I drank 3 cans of Blackfly 473ml and stopped at 9pm. I slept at 10pm and woke up at 1am then took 1000mg of tylenol extra strength cause my head hurt (didn’t know i shouldn’t do that).

I don’t drink often, usually only on weekends and I’m 50kg/110pounds and 24 yrs old. So am I gonna die or have liver damage or something?
