Quick question for anyone who have taken a greyhound bus.

I know you are not allowed to bring alcoholic beverages on a greyhound bus BUT if I were to put some sort of alcohol on a water bottle (example vodka in a plastic water bottle 😭😭) would I get in trouble. I am not asking this so I can drink on the bus. I am basically just bringing my friend a drink for her bday, and she recently just moved a couple hours away. Thank you in advance.
