I highly recommend Baileys.

The alcohol barely burns, and it tastes like vanilla (i think?). I don’t even need to chase it down with anything cause I can only taste the alcohol moderately. The only downside is that it’s only 17% alcohol.

As someone who really dislikes the taste of alcohol, this is manageable for me. I’m glad I discovered this. It’s my new drink of choice.
