Alcohol and ibuprofen

Over the last idk 50 hours or so I took around 2200mg of ibuprofen due to gum pain which has now stopped my last dose was 400mg around 4 hours ago , is it safe to drink idk probably around 600/700 ml of vodka today , is the chance of severe stomach bleeding really that high?
