High noon violently exploded?

So I got a case the other day (it was chilled) and the first can I tried, the tab popped off. I figured it was just a faulty tab, didn’t think much of it. Went back to open that one a little bit ago and noticed the pressure in the can was pretty high. But figured it was no big deal, so used a key to jab it open and the thing exploded violently enough that it pushed the top back up. Hadn’t shaken the can or anything either.

Wondering what could’ve caused this? Especially since it was only this singular can that did it.
